Avery Lee is from Tampa, FL. She is studying Social Work and Psychology at Florida State University. She loves the supportive and optimistic culture of Tutors for Tally! For fun, she enjoys hanging out with friends, getting pizookies, and walking around FSU's campus!

Ms. Rogers is from Vero Beach, Florida. She is currently majoring in Criminology and minoring in Sociology. She throughly enjoys working at Tutors for Tally and finds the enviroment welcoming and very positive. She appreciates the staff support. In her spare time she enjoys being with her friends, going to the beach, working out, and going on long walks!

Ms. Venci, holds a master’s degree in psychology and has over 20 years of experience in education and counseling. Throughout her career, she has worked with students in classroom settings, one-on-one sessions, and small groups. She taught psychology at the college level for over 10 years and has extensive experience tutoring children ages 5–18 who have ADD/ADHD, ASD, and other learning challenges, as well as students who need additional support in specific subject areas. She also has homeschooled children, helping them develop foundational reading and writing skills from the very beginning. Her passion is helping children and students reach their full potential, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to succeed academically and personally. She believes every student has the ability to grow and learn when given the right guidance, encouragement, and support. Outside of work, she enjos spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Some of her favorite activities include swimming, hiking trails with her dog, working on puzzles, creating art, and spending time at the beach.

Mrs. Groover was born and raised in Georgia. She received her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and her master's degree in Learning and Behavior Disorders from the University of Louisville. She earned her National Board Certification as an early childhood through young adulthood exceptional needs specialist while teaching in Tallahassee at Kate Sullivan Elementary. She taught students from Kindergarten to SAT prep classes, and has taught several students of varying exceptionalities in Florida and Indiana. She is a Master Gardener, loves to to be in the garden, and is a prolific reader. 

Ms. James received her Master of Science Degree from Western Michigan University and her Bachelor of Science Degree from FAMU. She has taught mathematics to middle and high school students for over 35 years. Ms. James loves helping students learn and understand the world of mathematics. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending FAMU events. 

Mrs. Justice was raised in Tallahassee, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Flagler College. She has taught multiple grade levels and really enjoys the tutoring environment where she can work 1 on 1 with students. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her son and her dog Gretel. 

Mrs. Caito was raised in Tallahassee, Florida and graduated from Florida State University. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Anthropology. She has over ten years of experience working with children and has taught multiple grade levels, mainly preschool through middle school. Mrs. Caito has a passion for connecting with students and inspiring a love of learning and storytelling. She loves her pets and enjoys reading, writing, creating art, and going on walks with friends.

Mr. Christopher Austin is a graduate of Florida A&M University with degrees in Economics and Pure Mathematics and a Minor in Business. He is currently attending Florida State University where he is studying for his MBA with concentrations Business Analysis and Data Analytics. Mr. Austin has seven years of math tutoring experience at the undergraduate level at Florida A&M, specializing in educating students in both one-on-one and group settings. He is a certified Master level tutor with the National Tutoring Association. He loves training for long term goals and is currently studying Project Management and Business Analysis in his spare time.

Ms. Girard received her bachelors at FSU and has lived in Tallahassee for over 20 years. Since high school, she has had a love for helping others in academics. Ms. Girard decided to homeschool her own children for many years and complimented that with homeschool co-ops and adventures. She's been teaching in a traditional elementary classroom for 5 years now and loves the unique opportunity at TFT to work with students 1-on-1 for extended time. Her children are now 13 and 20. In their free time, they enjoy cooking together, board games and adventures.

Ms. Eydenberg is currently a sophomore at Florida State University pursuing a dual degree in Cell and Molecular Neuroscience and Chemistry on the Pre-Medical track. She grew up in the Chicago area and hopes to stay in Florida for Medical School. Her ultimate goal is to become a reconstructive plastic surgeon. She began working for Tutors for Tally in 2025 and loves helping kids academically and emotionally. With four years of tutoring all high school subjects from Calculus to Psychology and two years working with children K-8 in summer camp, she loves helping any student, regardless of age, in any courses they may need assistance in. Ms. Eydenberg is passionate about helping solidify kids’ foundational skills and building from the ground up to thoroughly grasp any and all class curriculums. In her spare time, Ms. Eydenberg enjoys hiking, running, and being an active member in both the FSU Chemistry Fraternity and a heart screening club called Who We Play For.

Ms. Howard is from Tampa, Florida, and holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Florida State University. She is currently studying Education Policy as a graduate student at FSU. She has a deep love for reading and writing, and wants to use her passion and skills to help kids in the classroom feel the same. In her free time, she likes to knit, go hiking, and hang out with her cat named Bacon. 

Mr. Bucur Grecu 

Mr. Bucur Grecu is from Naples, Florida. He is studying finance at Florida State University and his future goal is to pursue a career in Investment Banking or Private Equity. Mr. Grecu supports elementary and middle school students with their academic needs. He also assists students in preparing for the SAT and ACT. In his free time he likes to go to the gym, spend time with his friends, and play soccer. 

Mr. Pezzuti

Mr. Pezzuti is  from Naples, Florida. He is studying finance at Florida State University in the Herbert Wertheim business school. A future goal that he has is to become a successful businessman in New York City. He currently works with children K-12 in reading and math, as well as upper level science. He also supports students with SAT prep. In his free time he loves to spend time with friends, go to the beach, play sports, and watch movies.

Ms. Kowaleski

Ms. Kowalewski is a senior in the Honors Program at Florida State University. She hopes to pursue a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a particular interest in forensic and correctional settings. She joined Tutors for Tally in 2025 and loves helping students build confidence in their abilities while recognizing that every student learns differently. She strives to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring their interests, and growing academically. In her free time, Ms. Kowalewski enjoys drawing, running, spending time outdoors, and being with friends. 

Ms. Cullen

Ms. Cullen is in her third year at Florida State University. She is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and has always been passionate about working with kids.  In her free time, she loves cooking, spending time with her family, game days with her friends, and being in nature.
